Step 6 of 8
Training AI on your business
Everything so far, turned into your one-page brain file.
You finish with
A one-page brain file about your business, loaded into a Claude Project (or your AI's equivalent), that admits what it doesn't know.
Why it matters
Without it, the AI writes for a generic business. With it, every prompt from here on starts from your offer, your customer and your rules, so you stop re-explaining yourself.
What you need
- Your offer, research note, customer quotes and brand sheet
- The fill-in version Use the template
The prompt
Copy it, fill in the [BRACKETS], and paste it into Claude.
Turn everything I've worked out so far into a one-page brain file. You'll use it as background for everything I ask you from now on.
Here's what I have: [PASTE YOUR OFFER SENTENCE, RESEARCH NOTE, CUSTOMER QUOTES AND BRAND SHEET]
Write it in markdown under these headings:
- What I sell: the offer, who it's for, the price, what they walk away with
- What I don't sell
- Who buys: their situation, what they've tried, what worries them
- Their words: real customer phrases, exactly as I gave them
- How I sound: my voice rules and the words I never use
- What I can prove: only real facts I've given you. If I'm brand new, this section will be nearly empty. That's fine, say so.
- How I work: when and where it happens, what's included, booking and payment, how long things take. Only what I've decided; list the rest under Open questions
- Red lines: never invent numbers, reviews, clients or results; never send anything to a customer without my approval
- Open questions: anything still missing
Keep it to one page. Don't invent anything. If something is missing, add it to Open questions. Done when: The file is saved in a Claude Project (or pasted at the top of your chats), and when you ask "What's our refund policy?" it tells you that you haven't said, instead of making one up.
