Service locations
Melbourne based. Australia wide.
We run three city hubs and work remotely everywhere else. Nothing about the systems we build depends on being in the same room, and we will say so plainly when being there does help.
Remote by default, on site when it counts
Distance changes the diagnosis, not the build.
The one part of this work that genuinely benefits from being in the room is the first week, when we are watching how work moves between people. Half of what we find in that week is something nobody thought to mention.
Everything after it, building the systems, wiring them into your stack, documenting them and training your team, runs exactly the same over video. So we do not charge you for a plane ticket to prove a point.

Questions about working across states.
Do you need to be in the same city as us?
No. The build work is the same whether we are in the room or not, and most of our clients we speak to over video. Where being on site genuinely helps is the diagnosis week, when we are mapping how work actually moves through the business. For Melbourne that is included. For Sydney and Brisbane we travel when the engagement warrants it.
Do you charge more for interstate work?
No. Same rates everywhere in Australia. Travel, if it is needed and you want it, is discussed up front and is not marked up.
What about time zones?
Queensland does not observe daylight saving, so between October and April Brisbane runs an hour behind Melbourne and Sydney. Perth is two to three hours behind. The booking calendar handles all of this automatically and shows times in yours.
Can you work with businesses outside Australia?
We have. Past work includes clients in the United States and New Zealand. The constraint is overlap hours rather than geography, so it depends on the engagement.
Do you have an office we can visit?
Not a public one. We are a service-area business based in Melbourne, which keeps overheads out of what you pay. We come to you, or we meet somewhere sensible.

Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe how the business runs and we tell you where AI is worth applying, and where it is not.
