Where does AI actually fit?
Not every process needs automation. Some already work. Some depend on judgement that should stay human. The first job is finding the handful of places where there is real leverage, and being honest about the rest.
AI transformation partner · Melbourne
We find where AI actually makes you money, then build the systems that do it. AI Ready Marketing is the AI transformation partner for businesses that are done experimenting and want the number to move.
No pitch deck on the first call. We will tell you where the money is, even if you never hire us.
Where most businesses are
Three in four businesses that started with AI never got it working across the company. Not a tooling problem. A sequencing problem.

Built on the stack you already pay for

You are not behind. You are stuck. You bought the licences. The team is using ChatGPT. And nothing about the business actually changed.
The board is asking questions you do not have a clean answer to yet.
Competitors are experimenting and you cannot tell if any of it is working.
Your team is using AI daily, and none of it shows up in the numbers.
The market, briefly
Everyone has started. Very few have finished anything. The businesses that close that gap in the next eighteen months will be competing against ones still running a pilot.
of companies are using AI somewhere
Adoption is no longer the differentiator. Everyone has started.

The role
The phrase sounds complicated. In practice it is not. Everything else is detail.
Not every process needs automation. Some already work. Some depend on judgement that should stay human. The first job is finding the handful of places where there is real leverage, and being honest about the rest.
Most businesses have dozens of things they could improve. A few of them move the number. The rest are busywork with better branding. Prioritising properly is worth more than any tool choice you will make.
Technology only creates value when it gets used. Systems that sit outside how the team already works get quietly abandoned inside a month. We build into the workflow, not next to it.
Once the systems are in, the relationship usually keeps going. Businesses change, new opportunities turn up, and the partner who already understands how you operate is the cheapest person to improve it next.
What we build
We do not sell tools. We build the systems that run your marketing, your sales and your operations, then hand you the keys and show your team how to drive.
Get found, and get found by the right people.
Search, social and content built as systems rather than as a monthly scramble. Your customers go to AI before they go to Google, so we build for both.
Service pages
Stop paying people to do research a system can do.
The research, the qualification and the proposal, all done before anyone picks up the phone. Your team spends its hours on conversations rather than on tabs.
Service pages
Build the thing that does not exist yet.
Custom tools, agents and automation for the problems no off-the-shelf product solves properly. Plus the strategy that decides which of them is worth building.

How to judge any AI project, including ours
A law firm looks nothing like an e-commerce brand, and a landscaping company runs nothing like a SaaS startup. Underneath, profit works the same everywhere. There is no fourth option, and there never has been.
Visibility, speed to lead, and follow-up that never gets forgotten. Most businesses lose more deals to response time than to price.
Better targeting, better onboarding, better retention. The second sale to an existing customer is the cheapest revenue in the business.
Hours back from work that adds nothing. Not headcount cuts. The same team producing two or three times the output.
If a proposal does not clearly land in one of those three, it is a science project. Ask us to show you which one we are moving, and by how much. We will have an answer.
The engagement
Most businesses are at step zero. Processes are not documented, workflows live as informal knowledge in people's heads, and everyone is busy without anyone being able to point at where the time goes. Recommending tools into that is guessing.
We start by understanding how the business actually runs, not how the org chart says it runs. Conversations across departments, then a map of how work moves from step to step. Friction shows up fast: the task that is far more manual than anyone realised, the data copied between three systems, the hours going into work that adds very little.
Every opportunity gets sorted against the only three things that move profit: more customers, higher customer value, lower cost to deliver. Anything that does not land in one of those three gets parked, no matter how impressive the demo was.
Not a twelve-month programme. One system that saves real hours, live in weeks, built into the tools your team already opens every morning. It earns the trust for everything after it, and it pays for itself while the rest is still being scoped.
Once the first system is running, the next one is easier, because we already understand the business. Costs come down, output goes up, and the work nobody wanted to do stops being done by people. Businesses change, so the systems keep changing with them.
Our own receipts
Work
An in-house AI operation replacing agency and per-seat SaaS across four brands. Four agentic content engines of six to eleven agents each, a live agent-monitoring board, and three production web apps, run by one person.
Lever: Lower cost to deliver
A news-triggered content engine that publishes the moment relevant EV news breaks, taking output from one blog a week to twenty in under ten minutes, plus AI-assisted talent outreach.
Lever: More customers
AI-built local coverage at a scale a copywriter could not match, plus a content generator that took blog output from about one a week to forty to sixty a month.
Lever: More customers
A secure AI lead-intelligence and lead-research system for a broker network, built to sit inside the daily workflow rather than in a separate tool nobody opens, plus AI upskilling for the team.
Lever: Higher customer value
Organic and email growth across three entities, including a site revamp that lifted return visits and organic traffic inside two months.
Lever: More customers
Cross-border work: a CRM consolidation that collapsed a stack of subscriptions into one hub, AI content and brand-image generation at scale, and first-page search results in New Zealand’s most competitive regional market.
Lever: Lower cost to deliver
Brands the work was built for or inside
Across turf and horticulture, automotive and EV, waste and logistics, mortgage aggregation, publishing, vocational skills and IT services, in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
The first week
The diagnosis is conversations across departments and a map of how a job moves from arrival to done. It is unglamorous and it is the reason the rest of the work lands, because you cannot automate a process nobody has written down.

Who you actually work with
I am Daniellle Bhatt. I build AI systems for Australian businesses out of Melbourne, and I do the work myself rather than selling it and handing it to someone junior.
I came at this from operations, not from research. That matters, because the hard part was never the model. It is knowing which fifteen minutes of somebody's Tuesday is worth automating, and which one is fine as it is.
One human approver, a stack of agents doing the work. That is how I run my own business, and it is what I build for yours.
Dani is a blossoming AI champion. She's in the top 10% of businesses I work with, especially in knowledge and ability.
The system you built is exactly what we were looking for. This is great work, Dani. Well done.

Three things. Works out where AI fits inside how your business already runs, decides what to solve first based on what it is worth, then builds the systems and makes sure people use them. The difference from an agency or a freelancer is that the job is the outcome, not the deliverable. You are not buying a chatbot, you are buying a business that costs less to run or brings in more.
We build. You get working Custom GPTs, automations and agents wired into the tools you already use, documented, with your team trained to run them. The strategy exists to decide what gets built, not to be the product.
Using ChatGPT is not the same as having a system. Most teams start from a blank prompt every time, which means the quality depends on who is typing and nothing compounds. A system produces the same result on Tuesday as it did on Friday, whoever runs it.
Against three things: does it bring in more customers, does it make each customer worth more, or does it cut what it costs to deliver. If a project does not clearly land in one of those, it goes on the parked list. That test is also how you should judge our proposals.
The diagnosis takes one to two weeks. The first working system is usually live two to four weeks after that. We deliberately ship something small and useful early rather than disappearing for a quarter.
Engagements generally start between $2,500 and $5,000 a month depending on scope, and scale from there as more systems go in. You get the timeline and the number before anything starts. If the numbers do not work, we will say so on the call.
That is the point. The systems are built so one non-technical person can run them. We build it, document it, and train whoever is going to own it day to day.
Especially. Small teams get the most out of this, because the same systems that let a large company trim costs let a small one produce like a much bigger one without hiring.
