AI training
Train your team on AI, using your own work as the material.
Most AI training is a tour of tools. People leave impressed and change nothing, because nothing in the session touched the work they actually do on Monday. We train on your processes, your documents and your bottlenecks.
What ai training is
AI training is structured, hands-on instruction that teaches a team to apply AI tools to their own work, covering practical use, judgement about where AI fits, and the limits and risks of using it.
Why the last session did not stick
Someone did a ChatGPT session. It was interesting. Six weeks later two people use it for email and everyone else went back to what they were doing.
That is not a motivation problem. Generic training teaches the tool instead of the job, so every attendee has to work out the translation themselves, in their own time, against their own deadlines. Most reasonably do not.
The other half of the problem is judgement. A team that has not been taught where AI is unreliable will either over-trust it and ship something wrong, or distrust it entirely and avoid it. Both are expensive.
What is included
What you actually get.
Pre-session process review
We look at how your team actually works before we write a word of the session, so the examples are yours.
Hands-on workshops
Run on your own documents and workflows. People leave with something working, not with notes.
Role-specific tracks
What a marketer needs is not what an operations lead needs. The content splits where it should.
Judgement and limits
Where these tools are unreliable, how to check output, what should never be automated. The part generic training skips.
Prompt and workflow library
The ones built during the session, saved and documented for your team, not a generic list.
Governance and safe use
What can go into which tool, privacy, client confidentiality and a usage policy you can actually hand to staff.
Follow-up session
A second session weeks later on what people actually tried, which is where most of the real learning happens.
How it runs
The process, in order.
You get the ranked plan at the end of the diagnosis whether you continue or not. Nothing here depends on you signing something first.
-
01 Review how the team works
A short process review so the training uses your real tasks. Without this it is a generic course with your logo on it.
-
02 Build the session on your material
Your documents, your workflows, your bottlenecks. Every exercise produces something the person can keep using.
-
03 Run it hands-on
People work on their own laptops on their own tasks. Nobody watches a demo.
-
04 Leave the artefacts behind
The prompts, the workflows and the usage policy, documented and owned by you.
-
05 Come back and fix what broke
A follow-up on what people tried and where it fell over. This is the session that decides whether any of it sticks.

What an AI transformation partner actually does
The role, stated plainly: three questions, in order. Use it to work out whether you need a partner, a contractor, or neither.

Agents are slower, more expensive and less predictable than automation. Here is the narrow set of problems where that trade is worth making.

How long is the training?
A half day covers a single team on one workflow. A full day covers several roles. Most businesses get more out of two shorter sessions weeks apart than one long one, because the gap is where people try things and hit problems worth discussing.
Do you train on ChatGPT or Claude?
Whichever your team already has, and we will tell you honestly if you are paying for the wrong one. The judgement being taught transfers between them; the interface details do not matter much.
What if our team is resistant?
Common, and usually rational — most people have seen a tool rolled out that made their job worse. Using their own work as the material handles most of it, because the value is visible in the session rather than promised for later.
Is this remote or in person?
Both work. In person is better for the first session with a group that is sceptical. Follow-ups are usually fine remote.
What about data privacy and client confidentiality?
Covered directly in the session, and you leave with a written usage policy. For most Australian businesses the practical question is which tool tier you are on and what it does with your inputs, and that has a clear answer we will walk through.
