Social media systems

Social that feeds search, not a calendar nobody reads.

Most social media retainers sell volume. Posts per week, platforms covered, a calendar that looks busy. The work that actually compounds is narrower: a consistent voice, content people quote, and profiles an answer engine can verify belong to you.

What social media systems is

Social media marketing is the practice of producing and publishing content on social platforms to build audience, brand recognition and third-party signal that search and answer engines can see.

Why the calendar stopped working

Posting more did not make the phone ring, so the obvious conclusion was that it needed to be better, or more frequent, or on another platform. None of those is the problem.

Social does two jobs that matter commercially. It gives people who already heard your name somewhere else a reason to believe you. And it produces the branded profiles and third-party mentions that search and answer engines check before naming a business at all.

A calendar built to fill slots does neither. It is measured in output because output is the only thing it reliably produces.

What is included

What you actually get.

01

Brand voice trained into the system

Your actual voice captured once, so everything produced sounds like you rather than like a tool.

02

Profile and entity setup

Branded profiles across the platforms that matter, consistent with your site and your Business Profile, so engines can connect them to one business.

03

Content built from what you already know

Client work, questions you answer weekly and opinions you already hold, turned into posts. Not topic generators.

04

Repurposing into search assets

The posts that land become articles, FAQ entries and page copy, so social work compounds into something that ranks.

05

Publishing and scheduling

Approved once, scheduled automatically, with exceptions handled rather than every post touched by hand.

06

Engagement and reply handling

A defined process for comments and DMs, so the ones worth answering get answered.

07

Reporting that names the effect

What reached people, what produced enquiries, and what to stop doing.

How it runs

The process, in order.

You get the ranked plan at the end of the diagnosis whether you continue or not. Nothing here depends on you signing something first.

  1. 01 Capture the voice

A session on how you actually talk about the work, turned into a voice guide the system writes from. This is the step that decides whether any of it sounds like you.

  2. 02 Fix the profiles

Branded accounts, consistent naming, links back to the site. Unglamorous, and the part that makes you legible to an engine.

  3. 03 Build the first month

A month produced up front so you can see the standard before committing to a rhythm.

  4. 04 Run the rhythm

Weekly production, one approval pass, automatic scheduling. You review, you do not assemble.

  5. 05 Feed it back into search

The posts that perform become articles and page copy, so the work has somewhere permanent to live.

How many posts a week do I get?

That is the wrong unit, and it is the one most agencies sell on. The number depends on what you have to say and which platforms your buyers actually use. A consistent two a week that sound like you beat daily filler every time.

Does social media actually help me get found by AI?

Indirectly, and more than most people expect. Answer engines check whether a business has verifiable branded profiles and whether other sources mention it. Social is one of the cheapest ways to produce both. It will not on its own get you named — that takes the site work and the directory listings too.

Will it sound like AI wrote it?

Only if nobody trained it on you. We capture your voice first and you approve everything before it publishes. If a post does not sound like you, it does not go out.

Which platforms do you cover?

The ones your buyers use, which for most Australian B2B is LinkedIn first and often nothing else. We would rather do one properly than four badly.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Video helps and we will say so, but there is a version of this that works entirely in writing if that is where you are comfortable.
