Who would pay, what they use now, and three reasons it might not work. Proof you are not guessing.

2. Idea and offer
One problem, one solution, one customer. An offer you can describe in a sentence and test.

3. Branding
Name direction, colours and how you sound. A brand you can apply to everything after.

4. Social
Where your customers actually are, and a profile set up for them, ready to post from.

5. Logo
Step five, not step one, because now you know who it is for. A direction you can use or hand to a designer.

6. Training the AI on your business
Steps one to five go into one brain file. An AI that knows your business before you type a word.

7. Skills
The jobs you will repeat every week, written once and ready to run.

8. Launch strategy
A plan for your launch, built from everything above.
It's for you if
- You have an idea, a side hustle or a skill people already ask you for.
- You don't know where to start, or you keep starting with the logo.
- You can be live for all three sessions.
It isn't for you if
- You already run a business with customers. AI Install is the one for you.
- You want a guaranteed income from it. Nobody can promise that, and I won't.
Questions
- When is Launch Lab?
- 3 to 5 November 2026, three sessions, each starting at 9am Melbourne (AEDT) each day. That is 2pm PT and 5pm ET the day before.
- How much is Launch Lab?
- US$79 until Saturday 31 October, 11:59pm Melbourne time, then US$99.
- I don't have an idea yet. Can I still come?
- You need something to point the research at, but it can be rough: a skill you have, a problem you keep noticing, a thing people already ask you for. Write it in one sentence. That is enough for step one, and step one is designed to tell you if it is worth pursuing.
- What if I want the website and automations built too?
- That is AI Install, 10 to 12 November. What you paid for Launch Lab is credited toward it for 72 hours after Launch Lab ends, from 5 to 8 November.
- Can I get a refund on Launch Lab?
- Full refund up to 7 days before your session. After that, we move you to a later session, once. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
