Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. The live sessions section covers workshop and 1:1 bookings, the digital products section covers AIRM Carousels and AIRM Video Editor, and the refund policy covers refunds for both. They are not the terms of any other engagement with us. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Who we are

This site and the store are run by AI Ready Marketing (Daniellle Bhatt), ABN: [to be added], Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. "AI Ready Marketing" is the business name. When you buy from us, that is who you buy from.

What is on this site

The content here is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your specific business, and results described for one client are not a promise of the same outcome for another. Different business, different constraints, different result.

Our numbers

Performance figures on this site are measured from real client work. Third-party market statistics are attributed to their source on the page where they appear. If you want the working behind any figure of ours, ask and we will show you.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, wording and design of this site belong to AI Ready Marketing. You are welcome to quote or link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Live sessions (Launch Lab, AI Install, the install workshop and 1:1 installs)

These terms apply when you book Launch Lab or AI Install, the AIRM install workshop, or a 1:1 install with Dani.

  • What you are buying. Live online time with us, on the dates shown when you book (or the time you book for a 1:1), and the materials for those sessions. Times are Melbourne time; the booking page shows them in your own time zone.
  • Price. The price shown when you pay. Early bird prices end at the stated deadline and are not extended. See payments, currency and tax.
  • Install workshop dates. After you pay, we email you the dates on offer and you reply with the one you want. If you buy when no dates are set, we will offer you one within 60 days. If we can't, or none of the dates suit you, you get a full refund.
  • Booking a 1:1. You book your time through the link we give you after paying. We run up to 4 a week, so the first free time may be a week or two away. If no time in the 4 weeks after you pay suits you, you can have a full refund. Please book within 3 months of paying. If you haven't, we will check in, and you can book then or have a refund.
  • Changing or cancelling. See the refund policy. In short: a full refund up to 7 days before your session, and after that we move you to a later session, once.
  • If you miss a session. Missed sessions are not refunded, and we can't promise a recording. For the install workshop or a 1:1, email us within 7 days and we will offer you one new time.
  • If we change or cancel. If we move a date or time, you can take the new one, move to a later session, or get a full refund. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
  • Sessions on your computer. In an install session we help you set up on your own computer by screen share. You stay in control of it, and you type your own passwords and keys: we will never ask for them. Please back up anything important before the session, and have your paid Claude plan ready.
  • Results. We teach you and help you set things up. In an install session we aim to have your first post made before it ends. That depends on your computer and your accounts, so if time runs out we help you finish by email. We do not promise any business result, revenue or income.
  • Your rights. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a remedy if a session is not delivered with due care and skill, or as described.

Digital products (AIRM Carousels and AIRM Video Editor)

These terms apply when you buy a single carousel style or video look, AIRM Carousels (all carousel styles), AIRM Video Editor (all video looks) or Everything. Each one is an AI installation that runs inside your own Claude account.

  • Your licence. A licence for one business: the business that bought it. You can install it on that business's computers, let the people who work there use it, and use it for your own content and for work you do for your clients. You may not resell, share, give away or upload the files, in whole or in part (including the sounds), install it for another business, or use it to teach others without asking us first. The full licence is the LICENCE.txt file in your download. We keep the two the same; if they ever differ, these terms apply.
  • What you make is yours. The carousels, videos, images and captions you make with it are yours to use however you like.
  • A single style or look. You get that one style or look, with fixes for it for as long as lifetime updates last (see below). New styles and looks are not included: they come with the full kits.
  • Lifetime updates. AIRM Carousels, AIRM Video Editor and Everything include lifetime updates: new styles or looks we add to that kit, and fixes when Claude or the tools the kit uses change. "Lifetime" means the life of the product, not your lifetime or ours. Updates continue for as long as we sell the kit, and for at least 12 months from the day you buy, whichever is longer. If we stop selling a kit, we will email you at least 3 months before its updates end, and you can keep using the last version you have.
  • Upgrading later. An upgrade offered in your cart is priced from what is in that cart. If you buy a single style or look and buy the full kit in a later order, you pay the kit price at that time.
  • What you need. A Mac with macOS 13 or newer, and a paid Claude plan (Pro or above), which you pay Anthropic for directly. How much you can make in a day depends on your Claude plan's usage limits. AI photos are optional and use your own fal.ai account, which you pay fal.ai for directly. The full list is on the install page and on the page before you pay.
  • Windows. We have not tested the kits on Windows yet. If you buy for a Windows computer and we can't get it running, tell us within 30 days of paying and we will refund you in full.
  • Other companies' services. Claude belongs to Anthropic, and fal.ai to fal. Their prices, plans, limits, features and terms are theirs, and they can change them. When a change breaks a kit, we fix it as part of your updates where we can. Some changes may be outside our control. If one stops a kit working and we can't fix it in a reasonable time, tell us and we will offer a fair remedy, which can include a refund.
  • Delivery. Your download opens on the thank-you page straight after you pay, and the links come by email too. If anything goes wrong, you get your files by email within one business day.
  • Refunds. See the refund policy.
  • Trademarks. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. AI Ready Marketing is not affiliated with Anthropic or fal.

What the AI makes

  • Check before you post. The kits use AI, and AI makes mistakes. Read every slide, caption and video before you post it. You are responsible for what you publish, including any claims in it.
  • AI images. If a post uses AI images of people, label them as AI where the platform's rules or the law ask for it, and don't present them as real customers, staff or reviews.
  • Things you add. Only add photos, logos, music and footage you have the right to use.
  • Other companies' rules. When you use Claude and fal.ai, their terms and usage policies apply to you too.

Payments, currency and tax

  • One price, in US dollars. The price you see is the price you pay. Any GST that applies is included, and nothing is added at checkout.
  • Currency fees. You are charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, including Australian dollars, your bank converts it and may add a fee. That fee is your bank's, not ours, and we can't refund it.
  • Invoices. Need an invoice for your records? Email us and we will send one (a tax invoice where GST applies).
  • Who can buy. You need to be 18 or over.
  • Disputes. If something is wrong, please email us before you dispute a payment with your bank. We reply within two business days, and most things are sorted in a day or two. If a payment is disputed, we pause the download links for that order until it is settled. This does not affect your right to dispute a payment.
  • Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version on the day you paid applies to that purchase.

Refund policy

Digital products (single styles and looks, AIRM Carousels, AIRM Video Editor and Everything):

  • Not downloaded yet. If you haven't downloaded your files, ask within 30 days of paying and we will refund you in full.
  • Change of mind. Once you have downloaded your files, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, because you keep a working copy of the installation.
  • If it doesn't work as described. Tell us as soon as you notice. We will fix it or help you get it running. If we can't, or the problem is a major one, you can have a refund.
  • Windows. If we can't get a kit running on your Windows computer, tell us within 30 days of paying for a full refund.
  • When we refund a digital product, the licence for it ends, so please delete the files.

Live sessions (Launch Lab, AI Install, the install workshop and 1:1 installs):

  • Not booked yet. If you haven't booked your 1:1 time, or picked your install workshop date, you can cancel for a full refund (for the workshop, up to 7 days before the last date on offer).
  • 7 days or more before your session. A full refund, or a move to a later session.
  • Less than 7 days before. We move you to a later session, once. If there isn't a later session within 3 months, you get a credit for what you paid, to use on any AIRM product or session.
  • Missed sessions. Not refunded. See live sessions for when we offer a new time.
  • If we move or cancel. You choose a new time or a full refund.

How refunds are paid. Back to the card you paid with, in US dollars, for the amount you paid, usually within 5 business days of us agreeing to it. Your bank may take a few more days. Because of exchange rates and bank fees, the amount in your own currency can differ from what you paid.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you live outside Australia, you may also have rights under your own country's consumer laws, and nothing here takes those away.

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what is on the other end. That includes our scheduling, form and analytics providers, each of which has its own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
