Reply to a new enquiry
A reply that answers them, asks what you need, books a call.
What it does
Answers what they asked, gets the details you need to quote, and makes the next step easy. Replaces the reply you mean to send tonight and actually send on Thursday.

Use my brain file (in this Project, or pasted below) for what we sell, our prices and how we sound. If you don't have it, ask me for the basics first.
New enquiry: [PASTE IT]
What I want to happen next: [BOOK A CALL / SEND A QUOTE / SITE VISIT / POLITELY DECLINE]
Booking link or times to offer: [LINK OR TIMES]
Write a reply under 150 words that:
1. Answers what they actually asked, first.
2. Asks the one or two questions I need answered to quote, even if I'm offering a call.
3. Makes the next step one click or one reply.
If they're not a fit (check What we don't sell and Who buys), write a kind decline instead, and suggest who might help: [OPTIONAL: WHO YOU REFER PEOPLE TO].
Use only facts from my brain file and this message. Don't quote a price unless it's in the brain file. If you need a detail I haven't given you (how long something takes, a date, a phone number, a policy), write [ADD: what's needed] instead of filling it in.
Last step before you reply: check every number, date, time, timeframe, cost, name and "usually" in your draft against my brain file and this message. Replace anything that isn't there with [ADD: what's needed].
