Three live days where you build the websites, apps and automations your business needs, on screen, with me. You do the building, in your own accounts, so when we finish it is yours. No agency, no retainer, nothing locked to my logins.

On the last day you type one prompt and the system runs. The three days before it are why it works.

What you leave with

  1. Your setup

    The tools installed and connected, on your own machine.

  2. A brain file

    One document about your business that your AI reads before every job, so it stops sounding generic.

  3. The rules

    How you like things done, written once.

  4. The builds

    The website, app or automations your business needs most.

  5. Approval gates

    Nothing goes out until you say yes.

  6. A weekly rhythm

    So it keeps running after day three.

It's for you if

  • You run a business that is already trading.
  • You pay an agency or a freelancer for website changes, landing pages or automations, and you would rather own them.
  • Or you have meant to do something with AI for a year and keep putting it off.
  • You can be live for all three sessions.

It isn't for you if

  • You haven't started the business yet. Launch Lab is where to start.
  • You want someone to build it while you watch. Book a call instead and tell me what you need.
  • You want a prompt pack. You will write prompts, but the prompt is the easy part. The work is everything behind it.
  • You want a promise about revenue. I won't make one. I can tell you what you will have built, because you will be the one building it.

Questions

When is AI Install?
10 to 12 November 2026, three sessions, each starting at 9am Melbourne (AEDT) each day. That is 2pm PT and 5pm ET the day before.
How much is AI Install?
US$999 until Saturday 31 October, 11:59pm Melbourne time, then US$1,360.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You will see code but you won't write it; Claude does. Your job is to say what you want in plain English, read what comes back, and say yes or "not like that". If you can brief a staff member, you can do this.
Why build it myself instead of paying someone?
Because you end up owning it. Everything is built in your accounts, on your machine, and you know how it works, so you can change it without waiting on anyone.
I did Launch Lab. Do I get anything off?
Yes. What you paid for Launch Lab is credited toward AI Install for 72 hours after Launch Lab ends, from 5 to 8 November.
Can I get a refund on AI Install?
Full refund up to 7 days before your session. After that, we move you to a later session, once. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
